Shipment Policy

Orders will take approximately 24 to 48 working hours within the Iberian Peninsula, 3-5 days for orders to the Baleraic Islands and Europe, 5-8 days for orders to the Canary Islands and the rest of the world (without taking into account the time your order might be in customs). Orders will be shipped the same purchase day if it was made before 12 pm or the next labor day if later. Given that Boras is managed by a small team, please allow some more days for preparation in case of special events (if this happends, it will be communicated through email). 

Please be aware that the shipping cost does not cover local import taxes, which may be applicable to orders shipped outside the European Union. These charges are not the responsibility of the brand and must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no influence over these fees and cannot estimate them, as customs regulations and import duties differ from country to country. Boras is not responsible for delivery issues or lost parcels resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer. Please make sure that all shipping information is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If a parcel is refused due to import duties or taxes, the customer will be held fully responsible for any associated postal charges, return shipping costs, customs fees, and handling expenses.

 

Refund and Exchange Policy

To proceed with the return/change of a product please contact us at info@boras.es. You have 14 calendar days to return the product if you are not satisfied or if there is an error/defect. The returned items should be packaged in their original condition with the original labels.

The cost of the return will be the same as the cost of shipping and will be subtracted from the amount to be refunded, unless the product is defective or the error is ours. Please note that original shipping costs are not refunded.

In the case of an exchange, for orders within Europe, we will cover the cost for the first exchange, subject to product availability. Any subsequent exchange, as well as all exchanges requested from outside the European Union, must be processed as a return followed by a new order, with all applicable shipping, customs and import costs borne by the customer.

If, after two pick up attempts, the carrier is not able to collect your package (in case this option is selected when returning/exchanging a product), they will contact you and in the event of no response, we will consider that you want to cancel the refund/exchange process.

 

Out of Stock Items

One cause/consequence of our explained philosophy is that we don't produce in large quantities. Our collections are limited. You will see inventory information in the product page. Once one item sells out, we normally won't manufacture it again, to ensure exclusivity and quality.

 

Production

All our products are carefully manufactured by employees in optimal conditions within the factories we work with located in Madrid and Vigo. We believe that it is better to invest money in timeless durable pieces (with a touch) in order to create a well-thought and distinct wardrobe, to support local production and artisans and to stand against labor exploitation. This philosophy obviously impacts our costs, letting us with no option but to offer higher prices than other mass companies which don't follow our principles.
